For day two of London Cocktail Week, José Luis León is brought a taste of Mexico to the Patrón Cocktail Lab with his Chipotle Punch cocktail.

Chipotle Punch
50 ml Patrón Silver
15 ml Fino Sherry
2 tbsp Chipotle Oleo Scharum
25 ml Lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin. Shake and double strain into highball glass with ice.
