This game is my personal favorite beat ‘em up of all time. Streets of Rage 4 is an instant classic that successfully mixed skill-based gameplay along with bone crunching mindlessness. It turned out to be an amazing and worthy sequel to the franchise.

This new Shiva is hella fun to play! I had played him minimally before this run, but my god is this guy a blast. Air combos, anime teleports, he has it all. Speaking strictly on where he stands in comparison to the other characters, I'd say he's a top 3 character in the game, especially when you consider his alternate jump kick blitz move, which I didn't use in this video.
