She defines LIFE SKILLS as the “abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enables individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life.” Is the next generation prepared to face the challenges of this new fast-paced world? How can we help our youth and equip them with the vital life skills needed for greater success in the future? Let's journey through this together! She is an accomplished Educator, Leader and Entrepreneur who is passionate about teenagers and life skills. She founded Springboard – Training for life, an organization which aims to equip young people with the life skills they need to be more successful in adulthood through various workshops and courses. She has contributed to education in Zimbabwe for 20 years and has extensive experience in teaching and administration. She founded her own ECD centre and has worked in various supporting roles in both mainstream schools and alternative learning centres. Through her many years of working with students, her research and experiences with her own teens and young adults, she has noticed gaps in our children’s instruction, specifically in the area of life skills.
