উপকরণঃ
মোটা সুজি - ১ কাপ
চিকন সুজি - ১/২ কাপ
ময়দা - ৬ টেবিল চামচ
চিনি - ৬ টেবিল চামচ
ঈস্ট - ১/২ টেবিল চামচ
বেকিং সোডা - ১/৫ চা চামচ
বাটার - ১/২ কাপ
কুসুম গরম দুধ - ১/৪ কাপ
রোজ ওয়াটার/কেওড়া/ভ্যানিলা -১/২ টেবিল চামচ

ক্রিম বানাতে লাগবে:
দুধ -১ লিটার
চিনি -১/২ কাপ
কর্নস্টার্চ - ৩ টেবিল চামচ
সুজি -৩ টেবিল চামচ
ক্যানড ক্রিম -২০০ গ্রাম
ভ্যানিলা/কেওড়া/রোজ ওয়াটার - ১ চা চামচ

সুগার সিরাপ বানাতে লাগবে :
চিনি -১/২ কাপ
পানি - ৩/৪ কাপ
এলাচ/ভ্যানিলা/কেওড়া/রোজ ওয়াটার - ১ চা চামচ
