If you injure someone during Jiu-jitsu training, are you responsible? This is the heart of the question I answer in today's BJJ Q&A video. The question was asked by several different people recently, so I wanted to touch on the topic.
Injuries suck and it's one of the downsides to training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. . . or any sport really. But at the same time, even if you don't train you'll probably experience some injuries and wear and tear on the body regardless.
But either way, in today's BJJ video I'll give you some ideas to chew on regarding injuries in the gym and if you're responsible for your training partner who was hurt during an accidental situation.
