This 10 Minute Kettlebell Butt workout with me, Sydney Cummings will take you through 10 of the best butt building exercises for 30 seconds each using a kettlebell! Modifications are provided for every move so this workout is for all levels.
You only have 30 seconds rest after the first round, so we will have to push through the burn!
