About this video:
In this video, I will discuss whether the second wife of the deceased husband is entitled to inherit a pension and that too when his first wife is alive? In the case in hand in his life itself, the husband had already executed a will in favour of his second wife and her daughter. Thus, made her entitled to get all his movable and immovable properties. Whereas, nothing was left for his first wife and her daughter. The question that came up before the court for consideration was whether the second wife of the deceased husband is entitled to inherit a pension, although the will is silent on this issue.
I have discussed in this video the efforts made by the first wife in order to get the pension of her deceased husband for the survival of her family. I have tried to cover the argument part of the case which, advocates of both parties have put forward before the court and the final ruling of the court.
