Let me teach you how to attract the right men and stop attracting wrong guys. I noticed that women keep on being attracted to the same type of guys as well as with men, they keep on being attracted to the same type of women. In reality, you’re not really attracting the wrong type of guys. You’re just seeing a reflection of what you are. People with high self-esteem attracts people with the same high self-esteem. Become the person who you want to be. That includes your perception of the world. Victim mentality attracts victims. Male victims aren't like female victims, they are aggressive in their defense of who they are.

Cultivate a relaxed mentality. People who are tense and bitter aren't relaxed. They have a racing mind. Slow down more. Feel your breath. Feel the tingling sensation in your body and feel at ease.

Don't settle. In order not to settle, you must not be needy. This is why people mistake neediness for love. Their ego won't permit them to see that they are needy. Starving for a partner projects low self-esteem and it pushes men away. Neediness clouds our judgments and becomes the lenses that morph our perceptions of the people we interact with.

It's better not to settle than to settle for something that's not good. "But I'm not meeting people" go to book clubs etc. The more choice we base our decision on what's best rather than on need.

THERE'S NO SOUL MATE: Scarcity breeds obsession. This causes you to fixate on one person. You analyze them and take up a lot of your attention. this is where obsessive behavior begins.
