• Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
• Cumin seeds (Jeera) – ½ tsp
• Green chillies – 4 (small)
• Curry leaves – few
• Water – ½ cup
MAIN
• Beetroot (finely chopped) – 2 cups
• Yogurt (beaten & sour) - 1 ½ cups
• Water – ½ cup
• Salt – 1 ½ tsp
• Sugar – 2 pinches
SEASONING
• Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
• Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
• Shallots (chopped) – 1
• Red chillies (dried) – 2 (halved)
• Curry leaves – 1 string
