I hope you guys enjoyed these journaling ideas for healing. I figured sharing these journal prompts would help you start your process of shadow work healing. I know hearing these journaling prompts can bring about memories of pain or even anxiety so please take your time. Through these journal prompts, I realized I have a lot more work to do to let go of things from the past. Therapeutic journaling in this way has definitely helped me start that process.
