COLARADO SANDWICH
Ingredients
Chicken breasts 2 fillet
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Paprikapowder ½ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Oregano leaves ¼ tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
METHOD
Marinate chicken breasts with all the given ingredients, then dip in prepared batter, spread in crushed local corn flake crumbs pressing well to coat in crumbs, deep fry.
Ingredients for Batter
Egg 1
Milk ¼ cup
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Flour 1 tbsp heaped
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Onion 1 medium cut in round slices
Cucumber 1 medium cut in round slices
Salad leaves chopped 2-3
Hot dog buns 2-3 cut from center lengthwise into halves and grill in
Corn flakes crumbs as required
Little olive oil for deep frying
METHOD
Make batter with milk, spread buns with mayonnaise, spread with chopped salad leaves, onion rings, cucumber rings, top with chicken fried breast, cover with top bun, on the top side of bun, put 2 round slices of potato, cover and cut diagonally into two, fix with toothpicks , serve with fries and coleslaw salad.

BLACK PEPPR PRAWNS
Ingredients
Cleaned prawns ½ kg
Ginger crushed 1 tbsp
Olive oil ¼ cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp heaped
Capsicum 1 small cut into small cubes
Carrot halves small sliced in round diagonal 1
Onion ½ cut into squares
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tsp heaped dissolved in ¼ cup water
Rice mould to serve
Sauté veggies to serve
METHOD
Heat oil, add garlic, crushed black pepper and capsicum, fry for 2 mins, add prawns, cook for a min, add carrots, onion, chicken powder, salt, oyster sauce, sugar and 1 cup water, cook till boiling, thicken with corn flour paste, serve with rice mould and sautéed veggies.
