The world famous gable end of what was once No33 Lecky Road in the Bogside, Derry. The words ''You Are Now Entering Free Derry'' were painted onto the wall in January 1969, and the Bogside and Creggan became ''Free'' until Operation Motorman in July 1972 when the British army sent in 21,000 troops to occupy it.
