Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA TLaD! This Video will show you how to obtain some possible Hybrid/EC, Hybrid, or EC Vehicles from Gang Wars.

It's interchangeable across GTA IV, TLaD, and TBoGT and the same rules apply for each game. This file was heavily used to help find out all the Special Vehicles in the game and determine exactly why they are special.

***The Method I show in the Video will work for EVERY Platform and Version out there for GTA TLaD.

Gang Wars are first available after passing the Story Mission "Coming Down" and getting a Phone Call which will unlock them.

The reason why they are Rare is due to the fact Gang Wars are infinite, even after 100%. So that means these kind of Vehicles can ALWAYS be obtained, thus they don't fit the criteria of being a "Special" Vehicle. A Special Vehicle is a Vehicle that is one time only and once something is passed, you can no longer obtain it unless you start over. A Rare Vehicle is a Vehicle that is always available even if it has features that a Special Vehicle would have. In this case, a hybridization of some sort or an EC. Since these are just Rare Vehicles, I recommend to wait to get some stuff like this in secondary and tertiary Save Files.

There is three types of Gang Wars. Convoy, Cruising, and Hanging Out. Convoy seems to be the least likely to spawn and Cruising seems to be the most frequent type of Gang War. Not only are there three types of Gang Wars, but there is also five different Gangs in which can be featured in a Gang War. They are the Angels of Death, Mafia, Russians, Jamaicans, and Albanians. The Jamaicans and the Albanian Gangs seem the least likely to spawn and the Angels of Deaths, Mafia, and Russians seem to be the most frequent Gangs to spawn. Each Gang will have specific Vehicle Models that spawn with specific Colors. Some Vehicles will be Hybrid, or a combination of both.

EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE featured in a Gang War is going to have SOME special feature. There is not a single Vehicle you will run into that will NOT be special in some way, shape, or form!

I continuously reload the Save and activate a Gang War over and over to show some of these that can spawn. Unfortunately, I had NO Convoy Gang Wars. Only Cruising and Hanging Out.

Note that some of the Vehicles which can spawn are going to be rather difficult to find! You'll likely need to be on a Gang War higher than 15-25 and allow the BACKUP to spawn. When the Enemy Backup arrives, these are usually the cooler and more Rare of the Gang War Vehicles you can find and obtain!

There once was a Video that shown all of this and documented it, but it was deleted some time ago. I was told the same Video was actually put up on some other Video Streaming Site, but I can't find it. If anyone knows where I can find it, let me know! The Video shows ALL POSSIBLE Gang War Vehicle Models that can spawn in their Set EC Colors as well as ANY Hybridization they may have, as well. You can store 14 Special Vehicles in the 7 Parking Spaces that TLaD has to offer. Each Parking Space saves 2 Special Vehicles each. If you are on the PS3 Version of TLaD specifically, you can actually store 16 Special Vehicles in 8 Parking Spaces because Luis' Safehouse/Parking Space from TBoGT will also work in TLaD.
