Leon hails from Galar, and has possessed that region's champion title for 10 years. His title is threatened by the rise of another Pokémon trainer (your character in swsh). In the anime, Leon meets Ash & Goh during their adventures on several occasions. He is charismatic and helpful, yet he battles with intense energy.
