Today at Booze On The Rocks, we make the Mandarin Sour cocktail. This sour cocktail is anything but. It has light notes of Mandarin Orange, Lemon, Almond, and has a silky mouth feel. This is seriously one of the best sours I have ever tried. Try it and let me know what you think.

MANDARIN SOUR
6 Mandarin Wedges
2 oz/60 ml Gin
1 oz/30 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Orgeat
1 Egg White
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. SHake without ice for another 10 seconds.
4. Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with four Mandarin wedges.
