Ingredients
1 Cup Pre-washed Quinoa
4 tbsp clarified butter
1 tsp. cashew pieces
1 tbsp. raisins
1 tsp pumpkin seed
1 tsp blanched almonds
1/2 Cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup powdered coconut
1 tsp milk
2 tbsp. Water
METHOD
Blend quinoa to powder(make sure its not very fine)
Heat a pan with 2 tsp clarified butter, add 1 tsp. cashew pieces,1 tbsp. raisins and 1 tsp pumpkin seed and 1 tsp blanched almonds
Roast it until golden brown, add the powered quinoa and toast it until the raw smell leaves
Add 1/2 Cup sugar and 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix it well.
Remove it from heat and let it cool down
Add 1/2 cup powdered coconut, add 1 tsp milk, 2 tbsp water . and remaining ghee
Roll it into ladoos
