I have no idea how somebody got the filler next in there with the ring intact. Great trick for splash proof transport and if you have any that are leaking fumes in the vehicle, this can help that problem too. The bag will never hold enough pressure to cause the can to explode from expanding in the heat so I personally wouldn't be concerned about that issue.
