James Corden got the ultimate Christmas gift last night on his mega successful Carpool Karaoke segment. Mariah Carey rode shotgun with some very special guests along the way!

Listen, as 2016 comes to an end, I think we can all agree that this hasn’t exactly been the best year for Hollywood. BUT there was one thing in Hollywood we so looked forward to - James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke, and last night when he revisited his most epic rides from 2016, we just loved it! Everything came full circle when Mariah Carey joined James to finish his Christmas shopping. And of course the singer revealed her one Christmas wish - for James to sing her classic holiday tune, “All I Want for Christmas is You.” It was epic!!

Oh but wait!!!!!! Turns out all year, behind our little backs, our favorite stars have been singing this song during their segments all for this one big moment. So who made an appearance? Well I think the better question is who DIDN’T make an appearance. Adele sang her heart out, as did Demi Lovato, who KILLED those runs. Elton John! He was there and YES our girl Selena Gomez!!! Lady Gaga too!! Chris Martin, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Blake Sheldon’s better half, Gwen Stefani!

That’s quite the star-studded list! And these stars really got into it! Some of our favorite moments: Demi and Nick’s coordinated dance, Selena’s sneaky look at the camera. And of course everyone struggling with that famous high note!
