In this episode I home brew one of my favorite beers: Russian River's Pliny the Elder. This is a dried malt extract (DME) kit from NorCal Brewing Solutions out of Redding California.

Normally I've been brewing beer as all grain batches but because this was recipe kit was a gift I obviously had to try it out. I'm looking forward to seeing how this Pliny the Elder Clone home brewed beer turns out.
