Hi guys,this problem is caused by the intel HD graphics drivers.It occurs due to difference in refresh rate frequency between display and power.To solve this problem
1. Open the Intel HD graphics(right click and choose graphics properties)
2. Then chose the power option.
3. Select 'on battery option'
4. Then look where it is written 'Display refresh rate' and disable it and apply changes.After doing that the problem will be solved.
