A busy sunny Sunday Amsterdam walking tour from the main train station, called centraal station in Dutch, to the Dam Square, a popular city hangout since the 17th century. The walk takes you a little further past the Dam square, crossing the nationaal ww2 memorial, along the Damstraat to a canal bridges.
The atmosphere is open, lively and feels like a wonderful thing after 2 covid years. People are walking around, there are full speed cycles on the bike lanes and the canals are filled with boats on this beautiful warm day.
At the end, we discovered a John Locke memorial with a message from the British Philosopher. It says, "Every man has property in his name, no one but himself has a right to it." The city of Amsterdam has installed more such tiles from famous 17th century Philosophers. You can learn more about this here: [ Ссылка ] #amsterdam #asmr #4k60fps
