My opinion may go counter to some of the 'bigger vlog channels,' but logic and reason speak volumes when it comes to the Carnival Freedom. Given what we know now about the Carnival Freedom fire, the condition of the ship and considering the logistics to fly all the passengers home, and that the cruise was almost over; when you take a step back, you might agree @Carnival did the right thing.

In case you're wondering, the runway at Grand Turk is 6,380 feet.
A 737 requires a 6800 foot runway.
A 757 requires an 8000 foot runway.
So Carnival would have had to send MORE smaller planes!
