Hi Drivers, we have release the FSW software v8.1.2 and a new firmware v6.6.
With these updates you will be able to set on PC the clutches in Bite Point mode.
You can enable the bite point mode with the Esportsim Wheel Manager v2.
To use this feature your wheel need an hardware version 3001 or above. You can check it in the DIAGNOSTIC dashboard and clicking the ID DATA button.
You can download the software update, like always, from the diagnostic page.
To instead upload the new firmware go to the tab FIRMWARE UPDATE of the Wheel Manager v2, select the firmware file v6.6 and click WRITE FIRMWARE.
You can download the new wheel manager v2 and the new firmware from our website at this link: [ Ссылка ]
After that you need to calibrate your Clutches. To do that go in the SETTINGS dashboard, scroll down and you will see a new section called "ANALOG PADDLES CALIBRATION".
Calibrate the min and the max value of both the analog paddles and that's it.
You can add a clutch bar and a clutch value components with the Dashboard Designer. In the video you can see them in action. Them disappear if left clutch paddle is 0.
You can easily change the "Bite Point offset" on the fly simply setting the multifunctional encoder SL1 in position 3 (label 3) and using SL8 to increase or decrease the bite point offset. The clutch bite point offset will be saved automatically.
