Clindamycin phosphate topical gel for acne is an antibiotic, which is to be used with caution. There can be side effects to Clindamycin as it can be with any antibiotic.. I explain in my video how it works better with Benzoyl Peroxide and follow doctors' prescription fully and not stop midway. I give options of what it can be combined with to make it work more efficiently.
