Step 1: Download steam cmd

Step 2: sign up/login (required a real Gmod account if you don't have one download the link in the step 5)
Step 3: Copy the link of the addon you want then paste them in the Steamworkshopdownloader.iO
Step 4: copy the command that have been given by the steamworkshopdownloader.io
Step 5: paste the command on the steamcmd (make sure you have an account (required a real Gmod account) but if you don't have an Gmod account or can't buy it get this cracked Gmod

about the addon
Cartoon Cat appears to be heavily inspired by old cartoon characters like Felix the Cat and Mickey Mouse. It has large, soulless eyes bulging out of his head, all black fur, white gloves with three black darts, and a mouth with bloody flesh exposed and gums torn. Though frightening in appearance, it doesn’t seem that Cartoon Cat is hostile towards the cameraman, until it began to rerun as a hostile creature towards the individual it sees. Apparently it also seems to be able to stretch it's body like any other cartoon on tv. The ability of stretching and distorting its body appears to originate from the style of cartoons in the great depression that style includes what is called "rubber hosing" and was a way for the animators to not have to worry about anatomy and made it alot easier for them to animate frames that would be complicated and time consuming for the animators if they had to obey to the "rules" of anatomy.
Features:
-7000 hp
-Old Cartoon Cat features
-Has a ragdoll version (and face posing)
-5 different Execution anims
-Only run when he is close enough to you (this can be avoided by using Cartoon Cat (Mad))
Skills:
-It can teleport if his life is minior to 5000
-It can stretch parts of his body incluiding the head sometimes
-It can climb
-It can change to a complete killer behavior if his life turns to 5000 (aumont the damage attack)
-It can regen his life when is patroling/idle

Skills:
_Will turn into the aggressive Cartoon Cat if you shoot it. Aggressive Cartoon Cat will look like this: [ Ссылка ]
_It will have and attack to extend it's neck to headbutt you.
_It can strangle you with it's neck.
_It will have stretchable arms whenever the player trys to get away from it.
_It will teleport for 10 seconds and then behind the player or NPC if it has about 2500 hp.
Cartoon Cat(Aggressive):
_It has twice the health as Cartoon Cat.
_It is twice as fast as Cartoon Cat
Skills:
_It can rip your head or your body apart.
_Same teleportion, arm and neck abilitys from Cartoon Cat."
[OLD]Features:
-Enemy of the NPCs and Players, although in some maps he can take other paths to scare you
-His faction is FACTION_CARTOONMONSTER
-He can open doors(with animations)
-He has a ambience but only you can hear that when he is chasing you ,no when is patrolling
-He has a FATALITY
-He can push you when he is ignoring you
-The NPCs run away when they seen to Cartoon Cat
-He can be possessed
-YOU CAN KILL HIM he has "5000" of health(enough for an army to kill him)
-He hasnt a jumpscare, it usually takes you 90 of damage and then it makes a Fatality
