Try out our Ball Mastery 20 min Cardio Workout. This workout not only will help you to improve your touch and become better with the ball but also it is a great way to burn some calories. So you can train with a double effect. Throughout the workout, you will make approximately 4,000 touches and burn about 400 calories. Great way as a post-workout or for your relaxing days.
