In this video I show you a cheap and easy way to make your lights flicker for your haunted house. What is more creepy in a haunted attraction then some really good lighting effects? All you need for your DIY project is s Fluorescent Starter FS-2 (they are for Fluorescent lights and located in your local hardware store), and a cheap extension cord, some electrical tape and wire cutters.
