Looking after our health is one sure way to make sure that we place ourselves in the best position to tackle whatever the year may have for us and achieve all our (dare I say it!) reasolutions.
I will be sharing with you 9 different recipes, 3 breakfast, 3 lunches and 3 dinner healthy meals with a focus on increasing protein content, something you can meal prep as well as making them easy to transport in case you need to take them to the office with you.
This is the first of our dinner ideas, a simple but delicious Chicken and Broccoli bake.
This is so easy to make and it is great to make in batches that you can then portion up and have a few days in a row, taking the guess work out of eating healthy!

900g Frozen Broccoli
300g Button Mushrooms
500g Natural yogurt
2 Tbsp Curry Powder
Oil
1 Tbsp Potato Flour
Salt & Pepper
