Birds are a bigger part of nature than most humans. Not only that, but you can easily observe them in your daily life. Birdwatching is an activity in which one tries to find different bird species and enjoy watching them. Research shows that birdwatching and having interaction with birds can improve mental health in humans, and at the same time, bird watching can be considered an activity that ultimately leads to the conservation of birds. In this lecture, the role of birdwatching as a way to improve mental health and conserve birds in the long run will be discussed. Iman Ebrahimi is a psychologist, Birder, and the founder of the Avaye Boom Bird Conservation Society in Iran. he has spent years teaching about birds to make many people interested in bird conservation and the experience of interaction with birds. His activities and experiences have made him appear as a bird expert in various publications and media from his adolescence until today. In recent years, he has researched the role of nature and wildlife on human health and tries to emphasize the role of wildlife conservation for human society.
