Hi!
I’ve been working with different configurations lately, and none of them was really inspiring. Trying to fit the Octatrack in there and then realizing I just like simple setups. But then I just realized I didn’t really want to bother composing a track these days, all I wanted was to jam and make some sound design.
If I think sound design, I think FM. And who screams more « sound design » than the Machinedrum and Digitone?
Once I had those two paired and a nice Valhalla chain going on, I wanted some arps, or maybe a bass. Something analog. So I brought the Subharmonicon.
The 0-Coast is the cherry on the cake for those sweet crazy plucks.
It's pretty rough and I like it as is, only 2 patterns, playing them synths!

MIDI chain : Digitone * MIDI OUT * Machinedrum (sending only transport, clock, pattern changes) * MIDI THRU * Subharmonicon (sending a few notes from the Digitone to mess with the internal sequencer of the SubH), Machinedrum * MIDI * O-Coast (sequencing)
