Karen is always cooking!! So Kinetic Content Shared her potato recipe, and I am making this! Watch as I create! See the recipe below:
Karen's Creamy Garlic & Cheese Potatoes
8-10 Potatoes
Half stick of butter 4 TBSP
1 - 2 TBSP of Garlic (minced)
1/4 C of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 C of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1TBSP Dried Parsley
Salt to Taste (1/2 teaspoon recommended)
Pepper to Taste
1/2 - 3/4 C Half & Half add more for desired thickness
Blend to desired creaminess.
