Double triple toe loop
TIP OF THE DAY: Are you working on double or triple loop? Do you have trouble staying on top of your right side during the jump? Here is the perfect exercise for you!
1. Glide on a back outside edge on the circle with your left foot in front and keep your arms on top of the circle. Then pull your arms and ankles into air position to test your balance.
2. Once you can maintain a steady edge that traces the circle, then pump into 2 strong back outside 3-turns that mimics the loop air position. Remember to keep your head still while looking into the circle.
3. Go straight into a tight twizzle and finish it with a loop jump.
This exercise is perfect for setting-up your double and triple loops to ensure a straight up and down air position! ⛸
