In another industry first from Maritz Electrical, Coetzenburg is the first athletics track to install LED lights to cater for international and local athletes and it remains one of world athletics' most sought after training and competition tracks in the world.
The LED system is a Musco system offering state-of-the-art lighting, ideal for HD television cameras and provides both athletes and spectators quality and consistent lighting at a track, that surpasses any other in South Africa.
