Ingredients:

100 g Parsley
1 Spring Onion
2 Tomatoes
3 tbsp. Bulgur Wheat **
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Salt
1 Lemon
** Bulgur is made from dried, cracked wheat. If you can't find it.. you can use quinoa instead.
Method:
--------------
1- Wash the fresh ingredients and let them dry.
2- Soak the bulgur wheat in hot water for 30 minutes. Alternatively, put bulgur with water in bowl and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
3- Chop parsley, tomatoes, spring onion and mix in your salad bowl.
Add olive oil.
4- Drain Bulgur from water, add it and mix.
To keep it fresh, add lemon and salt just before serving.
