This is a video proving that the set up I did in the Spektrum 6250HX Full Set Up Guide Video works with my Blade Fusion 550 (480 stretch). This flybarless system is different than anything else on the market. So you have to learn how this gyro is set up and how it functions. In the beginning, a year ago, I admit, I failed to set 12.5 degrees cyclic movement in the cyclic set up AFR menu. This is manditory to get the heli agile enough to flip on itself. I am using 13 degrees collective. There are some hidden things people either should know from flying half your life, or they are forgot about. This gyro has a Phasing setting in set up. I noticed every preprogrammed 6250HX in bind and flies were using 18 left and 18 right phasing. I set that phasing with this Fusion 550 because the head geometry and layout is the same with my Fusion 360. Next, in my set up video I turned on throttle offset in the throttle set up menu for each flight mode. I learned that I do not like that setting and it robs power for 3D. I run it at 0 in every mode because I get more headspeed that is predictable without it. In my D/R Expo setting in radio, I am using 25% expo for aileron and elevator and 15% for rudder. For these next settings, it is mandatory that you watch my Spektrum 6250HX Flybarless set up guide ( [ Ссылка ] ) , or you will not do this correctly. You must have your Aux 2 gain channel programmed in set up for 6250hx, and you must set up your gyro menu with Aux 2 and the flight mode switch, and you must verify that you see Normal, Flight Mode 1, and Flight Mode 2 and Hold chaning on your forward programming menu while in Swash PID adjustment. Do not adjust the Hold PID's because you don't fly in Hold, and you can always go to Hold to see what the Stock PID settings were before you changed them in other modes. Watch a ding dang PID tuning video from a drone pilot like Skitzo on youtube and see how we get the P as high as possible, then work the I to hold it after we get P close. It is not hard, but it does take a lot of time, and some of the whiners out there can't take 3 hours of their time to just sit down with it and figure it out. I have taken the time to show the public how a proper set up is done and how you need to fly it, feel it, decide what it is doing and tune it out. Here is a simple list of my PID's. I am close to being perfect. Now it is up to you to tune it how you like it. Get busy. I will tighten my tail belt now too. :)
Roll: 350 degrees per second Normal = P 50 I 80 D 7 FM1= P43 I72 D7 FM2 =P40 I70 D7 Pitch= 350 degrees per second Normal= P65 I85 D14 FM1= P56 I80 D 14 FM2 = P56 I80 D14 Agility= 95
The tail rotor is the default PID settings in every mode, but I am using Aux 2 channel for Gyro screen and my Flight mode switch for different gain settings. My Normal Gyro Gain is 85%, Flight Mode 1 is 75%, and Flight mode 2 is 65%.. This is because more headspeed requires less Gyro Gain.. NX10 Expo 25% aileron, elevator 15% expo rudder
