Ingredients:
Anjal/Surmai Fish - 500gm (Seer Fish)
{You can use Mackerel/Bangude/Bangda Fish too)
Marinade:
Marinate fish with salt

Masala Paste:
Coconut Oil - 1tsp
Byadgi Chilly - 12 to 15 (if using other chilly adjust spice accordingly)
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1tsp
Carom seeds - 1/4tsp
Fenugreek seeds -1/4th tsp
Garlic - 4 to 5
Curry Leaves -7 to 8
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Tamarind- small lemon sized
Ginger - 1 inch
Salt to taste
Water- 1/2 to 1 cup

Seasoning
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Coconut Oil - 2- 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 20
Coriander Leaves for garnish
