High Protein Pesto Pasta Meal Prep!

This is going to be your new favourite meal prep recipe, packed with flavour, so easy to make with incredible macros💪🏽 will make eating healthy a much more enjoyable journey!

532 calories - 62g protein | 45g carbs | 12g fat

Ingredients (For 4 servings)

For the chicken:

• 2 Large Chicken Breast cut into thinner fillets (Approx. 600g raw weight total)
• Season both sides with Garlic Powder, Paprika, Dried Basil, Salt & pepper

For the Pesto Sauce:

• 1 cup Spinach
• Handful Fresh Basil
• 3-4 Garlic Cloves
• 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
• 40g Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 160g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia Lightest)
• 30g Cashew Nuts
• 1 Lemon Juice
• 1/2 cup or 150ml Pasta Water

For the Pasta:

• 220g Uncooked Spaghetti (Brand: Baresa)
• 1 tsp Salt for the water

For Garnish:

• Parmesan
• Basil
• Chilli Flakes
• Lemon Zest (optional)
