Everytime i load in to a new place i start at 10 FPS and slowly climbs as you can see in the fps counter
Months after the performance issues fix im still having issues of crazy frame drops and stuttering. ive tryed everything under the sun to mitigate this problem. still havent beat the game. i have a RTX 2080 and a i5 7600k. what gives?
