In this episode, Ed takes you trackside on Norfolk Southern’s Pocahontas and Virginia Divisions in the summer of 1990. We’ll explore some of his favorite locations in West Virginia and Virginia, showing a variety of freight trains and motive power on this historically busy line. We’ll also return to the Piedmont Division in South Carolina between Ed’s travels to and from the Pocahontas coal fields.
