I have watched a couple videos on how to cook eggs on this griddle and each one the person cooking the eggs turning them over to cook the other side. This didn’t seem logical as why would there need to be a heated lid if you have to turn the eggs over. I tried it with the lid down the whole and waited for the light to go out. My eggs were just right for over hard and we’re burnt.
