How to prepare Tawa Pulao | Indian Rice Variety | Spicy Main Course Rice Recipe
Tawa Pulao recipe which is also famous as PavBhaji Pulao. Make this spicy Indian rice recipe in lunch and dinner.For more Indian vegetarian Recipes visit my YouTube channel. Tawa Pulao is famous Indian Street food which is made on big iron pan or Tawa.
INGREDIENTS:
Basmati rice - 1 cup, soaked and boiled,
Chicken - 100gm, small cubes,
Shrimp - 50gm,
Yellow and green Bell pepper,
Onion - 2 large, finely chopped,
Ginger-garlic - 1 tbsp, paste,
Powder(cumin, turmeric, red chilli, pavbhaji masala) - 1 tsp,
Oil - 2 tbsp,
Salt to test,
Cilantro - 1 tsp, chopped,
Green chilli - 1, chopped,
Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
METHOD:
Heat the oil and add onion. fry for 1min.
Add ginger-garlic paste, chicken, shrimp and salt. mix it well for 3-4 min.
Add all the dry spices and bell peppers, mix well, cover it and Cook it for 5 min in low flame.
Now add rice and mix well. Again cover it for 5 min in low flame.
Open the lid, add lemon juice, cilantro and green chilli. Give it a good mix.
Cool and serve.
