How to cook BEEF SINIGANG (Filipino Beef Sour Soup)
INGREDIENTS
Sinigang Mix
Beef Broth Cubes
Sliced Raddish
String Beans
Onions
Tomatoes
Beef
Okra
Romaine Lettuce
long Green Chilis
Cooking Oil
Fish Sauce
Steps on how to cook
1. Saute the Onions and Tomatoes in a medium preheated pan
2. mix and leave for a few minutes
3. Now add the pre-boiled beef (4 hours)
4. and then add some fish sauce
5. mix and cover for a few minutes
6. pour in the beef broth
7. mix and cover until it boils
8. Now add the Sinigang Mix powder and broth cubes
9. and then the vegetables (Raddish, String beans, Okra
10. season with salt and ground pepper
11. then add the Romaine Lettuce and long green chilis
12. mix and let it simmer for 5 more minutes before serving
13. and now we have our BEEF SINIGANG!
