In this video I show how to reflow the solder connections under a graphics chip. At the end of the video the card still doesn't function as a 3D card but the process of how to do the repair is still valid.
You can use this process to repair any graphics chip that has a failed connection to the board.
The next graphic chip I attempt to repair I will record the process and hopefully it will work.

This is the no clean flux I use. It's listed as a refill for a solder pen. You can get this refill with the pen but I just skip the pen and use the refill to drip the flux onto the board.

This is the rework station I use. Along with the hot air it also has a soldering iron. The soldering iron, like the hot air side, has a digital temperature control.
