i mean...who doesn't love pork belly!
in case you wanted to know…
1. Wash your pork belly
2. Boil in salted water for 15 mins
3. Let belly cool down completely and pat dry with paper towels (I didn’t show that in the video since it’s pretty common sense lol)
4. Stab your slab of pork belly and poke holes all around (pat dry again)
5. Season belly with your choice of seasonings (I just used garlic salt and kept it simple)
6. Air fry for 30-45 minutes at 375 degrees (make sure to flip belly)
7. Time to grub!
