Most of the filipino's are not commonly using such much of varieties of spices, using coriander jira and cumin seed into cooking is gives them a deferent and uncommon taste,
(not all, but mostly) so we just used a common thing from pinoy cuisine, (LUTONG BAHAY) which is usually does also of other culture, onions, ginger, garlic, tomato, and just simply followed the method of cooking.
(Filipino style, because common spices of filipino only)
