1 can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste

1/2 tsp paprika
Pinch of chilli flakes
1 tsp sugar
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 eggs
fresh parsley or basil (garnish)
Handful of cheddar cheese (optional)
