This was done at request of another user. The only restrictions are in the title (so any and all upgrades are allowed). This run isn't efficient--you can see how 5:50-6:35 is messed up--but it proved this battle is possible.

Throw a Librascope (since it's unlikely you'll have intel on the legs). Cast Faith-Haste-Enfire on Sazh and Vanille. Shift to Matador and spam Firex6 on one leg until Vanille gets Deshell and Imperil inflicted on that leg. If Sazh or Vanille dip below 2000 HP, shift to Solidarity briefly to heal. When debuffs are inflicted, shift to Mystic Tower, repeat the six Fires, and shift to Solidarity right when the last Fire is cast; this should give most of the Fires a significant damage boost. Cast Ruinx6 on the targeted leg until the 'toise stomps, at which point shift back to Mystic Tower, repeat the Firex6 string, and shift back to Solidarity like before. Keep doing this until the leg is dead.
Shift to Protection and cast Bravery-Faith-Haste on Sazh, Faith-Haste on Vanille, Bravery-Haste on Snow. At some point during this the 'toise will use either Roar or Quake. If you see Roar and survive (which can be done if everyone is in green), revive anyone via Phoenix Downs and then throw Foul Liquids on Vanille first, then Sazh, then Snow, as needed. Refresh any buffs if needed. (If you see Quake, you don't need to worry.) Once the 'toise has used his uber-move and all buffs are cast, repeat the previous Firex6-to-Com pattern to take down the second leg (with Deshell and Imperil, of course).
When the 'toise falls, use Matador and chain with spells by casting either Fire-Thunder-Fire-Thunder-Fire-Thunder or Fire-Fira-Fire-Fira (depending on how adept you are with manual entry). When Vanille gets Deprotect, Deshell, and Imperil inflicted, shift to Tri-disaster and chain until stagger. Shift to Aggression and use Blitzx3 thrice. After the ninth Blitz, shift to Protection. (The 'toise will still be grounded and staggered, but we need two staggers to kill anyway.)
When the 'toise stands back up, it will start raging via a rapid succession of attacks, at least one of which is guaranteed to be an uber-move. Throw Potions for some very light healing in order to help Vanille out. When things have calmed down, you can repeat the above strategies for taking down the first leg, then the second, then the 'toise proper.
