not sure if this ending even matters now though because of what happened in the tv show

ALSO concerning the ending slides for black mountain and red rock, i found that both are *relatively* inconsequential to the NCR and their efforts to expand. i didn't forge an alliance between the great khans and NCR because no matter what, the NCR's expansion would reach red rock canyon, so i found it better to just convince the khans to leave the mojave - less trouble for both NCR and the great khans. as for black mountain, the remaining nightkin likely wouldn't pose a problem to caravans and whatnot because they'd go to jacobstown since its now a super mutant haven.
