After seeing Lorraine’s Boob Bus during our Change and Check campaign in October last year, mum of four Nicola Mackenzie discovered that she had breast cancer. She’s currently in the middle of her chemotherapy which has made her lose all her hair. Our Helen Addis, who came up with the idea of Change and Check after her own diagnosis in April 2018, went to meet Nicola to talk about how Nicola's life has changed since her diagnosis and how losing her hair makes her feel. Helen also took Nicola to meet celebrity hairdresser Trevor Sorbie to get her the perfect wig to try and give her back some of the confidence she has lost since becoming ill. Today we see Nicola’s new look for the first time.
