Not all underbites need jaw surgery ⬇️
It takes a thorough evaluation and the proper diagnosis to determine if an underbite requires jaw surgery or not.
This patient was told that she needed jaw surgery to correct her underbite from other providers during consultations.
After our diagnosis, we determined we could help her with Invisalign clear aligners and WITHOUT jaw surgery.
This isn’t always possible, but we felt that in her case, it was.

We still have fine-tuning to do with her teeth and bite alignment, but overall, we’ll take it!
